Forms and deadlines

Please fill out the forms below as soon as possible so that we can maximise your experience at RISE.

Please note you will be required to enter a partner ID,  a ten-digit, case-sensitive code that is unique to its partner. It allows for the efficient tracking of all communications throughout the onboarding process. The Partner ID will be given to you by your partnership success manager.

  • Onboarding survey – We want to make sure that you achieve your objectives at RISE. Your partner success manager will send you a unique survey link to complete to help us gain a better understanding of these.
  • Partner comms form – so that we can feature your company’s profile on the RISE website and mobile app.
  • Partner connectivity form – to help us get a better understanding of your network and connectivity needs at RISE.

June 7

  • Submit your lounge artwork for the lounge 3m x 3m wall and archway entrance.
  • Partner perks form – submit your partner perk for approval.

June 14

  • Deadline for catering orders.
  • Deadline for connectivity orders from the RISE partner store.

June 18

  • Deadline for submitting the partner press release form if you have any news to share.

June  21

  • RISE partner store closes.

June 28

  • Deadline for assigning all your allocated tickets. Don’t forget to download the mobile app and complete the tickets!

As soon as possible

  • Let us know if you are planning on shipping directly to the venue so we can facilitate an introduction with the shipping company.
An overview

This lounge forms part of our attendee experience for a particular attendee type and therefore must meet certain standards which are outlined below.

  • The lounge must be called out clearly to the attendee type and should mention the lounge name in any signage created by the partner for placement within the lounge in one of these formats:
    • _____ lounge powered by _(partner name)__,
    • _____ lounge brought to you by _(partner name)__,
    • _____ lounge supported by _(partner name)__  
    • _____ lounge in partnership with __(partner name)__.
  • The lounge is primarily an area for the specified attendee type and so a limited number of wristbands will be provided to the partner sponsoring the lounge for access.

Lounge build guidelines and keylines

You can download the keyline template here:

  • 3m x 3m wall keyline

Please note, lounges may differ from conference to conference.

This can be sent to us for final approval using the keyline graphics form. 

  • Provided keylines are AIT files (Adobe Illustrator template).
  • All templates must be CMYK colour artwork, with 20mm bleeds.

Inside each template, there are two layers:

  • Layer one contains a locked safe area for your important design elements, like text or logos, which need to be included inside this safe space.
  • Layer two is for your artwork.

Please don’t edit, move or resize any of the templates.

In your artwork:

  • All colours need to be CMYK.
  • Pictures and photos must be embedded into the file (not linked please).
  • All logos need to be vector files and font needs to be outlined in the final artwork. If your artwork should include large images, please save them as CMYK in 150dpi resolution.
  • If you want to embed TIFF or PSD files, please flatten them in the final artwork.

Please save the file as a .ai and send to us for final approval. Any other formats like eps, pdf, tiff will be not be accepted.

Dimensions

The dimensions of your lounge are determined by your contractual agreement. Lounge walls are a fixed height of 3m (9’84”).

Please refer to the site plan for your lounge orientation, and indicate the front and back walls upon submission of the artwork. RISE branding will appear on end caps.

Suggested maximum screen size for 3m x 3m walls: Up to 55”.

Power

Basic power will be provided in the lounge. Power supplied will facilitate device charging for lounge guests. Should you be planning any activations, additional power may be purchased from the RISE partner store. You must indicate where you would like your electrics to be located within your lounge through submission of an electrical plan (template available here). This may be submitted through the lounge design submission form when submitting your lounge design.

Connectivity

The lounge will be covered by venue Wi-Fi. Any additional requirements must be ordered from the RISE partner store. If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact your partnership success manager.

Please note that pop-up/pull-up banners are not permitted. All exhibitors must also abide by RISE’s anti-harassment policy.

RISE is officially supporting the UN SDGs. As such there will be zero tolerance for any single use plastic being onsite. RISE would appreciate your support in this regard to ensure the event is as sustainable as possible. Please review our waste disposal policy here.

Load-in rules

All stands must be complete and the venue clear by 5pm on Monday, July 8. 

Access to your lounge is possible on Monday, July 8 from 10am and must be pre-arranged with your partnership success manager. For health and safety reasons, a maximum of 4 team members are allowed to access the lounge on Monday, July 8. 

Please note that to gain access to the venue during build/load-in, all attendees must wear high-viz jackets.

Load-out rules and dismantling of displays

No packing of equipment or materials will be permitted until after the exhibition ends officially at 6.30pm on July 11, 2019. All exhibits, stand fittings and other materials brought into the halls for an exhibit includes materials scrapped at the close of the exhibit floor, must be removed from the halls by the exhibitor and/or contractor in sufficient time by the end of the event. The removal and disposal of stand fittings or materials are not covered by the rental.

Exhibitors should make direct arrangements with their own agents or the official freight forwarder for the transportation and removal of exhibits at the exhibitor’s own cost. Any exhibits or stand material left behind at the exhibition venue that is not disposed of by the exhibitor will be disposed of by RISE at the expense of the exhibitor concerned. Please see our waste disposal policy for more information on waste disposal penalties.

All exhibitors, their staff and contractors are strictly required to wear official name badges at all times during move-in and move-out. Non-badge holders will not be admitted under any circumstances.
